摘要
人际交往中普遍存在的一种现象和所有人际关系基本组成的部分是印象管理。教育教学活动又是一种特殊的人际交往,本文通过教师印象管理及其策略的分析,来探讨印象管理对教师教育教学活动的影响。
Interpersonal impression management is a common phenomenon;and it is an essential component of all human relationships.Education and teaching activities is a special kind of human communication.This paper is aimed at to analyze the impression management and its strategy to explore the teaching of teachers＇ impression management activities and the influence.
