摘要
目标是一种刺激满足人的需要的外在物,是希望通过努力而达到的成就和结果。合适的目标能够诱发人的动机。目前纷繁复杂的世界使大学生的行为出现了不同层次的问题。文章从大学生行为的可变性、复杂性、影响性、目的性和问题性出发,阐述了目标激励对大学生行为的导向作用、控制作用和唤醒作用,以期对当代大学生的思想政治教育工作有所裨益。
The goal is to meet human needs a stimulus of external objects,is to achieve success through the efforts and results.Appropriate target can induce human motivation.The current complex world to make the behavior of students with different levels of problems emerged.Students conduct paper variability,complexity,impact,purpose and problems of starting to explain the behavior of target-oriented incentive effect on college students,the role of the control function and wake up to the contemporary ideological and political education of college students benefit.
