摘要
本科生导师制在我国逐渐兴起,但目前多数本科生导师对自己的角色定位不明确,职责范围不清楚,不知"导什么"。本文就这一问题进行解释,旨在帮助本科生导师更好地发挥其作用。
Undergraduate tutorial system is progressive rising in China.But most undergraduate tutors don＇t understand their roles or responsibility,and don＇t know how to guide.This article focuses on these problems to help undergraduate tutors do better.
