摘要
美国研究型大学的办学质量与水平比较高,学院管理的发展相对比较成熟,因而,研究其先进的学院管理经验,对于我国研究型大学“上水平、创一流”具有重要的意义。本文主要论述了美国著名研究型大学院系主要领导(院长和系主任)的任命与职责定位,并给出了几点启示。
The quality of American research universities is relatively high and the development of their college management is also mature, so researching into their advanced experiences is of great significance to universities in China. This thesis mainly discusses the nomination and function orientation of deans and department heads in American well-known research universities and advances some revelations in the end.
