摘要
介绍了海洋平台用三相重力分离器内部构件的分类、作用及其对分离效率的影响,结合惠州25-3/1项目生产分离器设计实例,阐述了分离器内件选型和设计方法。运用数值计算方法对4种不同结构的入口构件流场的流动特性进行了模拟,其结论在工程应用中有一定的参考价值。
The classification,function and effect on efficiency of gravity segregator's internal structure were described.Combined with Huizhou 25-3/1 project,the design method of internal structure was expatiated.In order to study the properties of flow,four kinds of inlet structures were simulated by using numerical simulation method,the conclusion from which has some reference to project.
