摘要
应用症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ－９０）对１４０名精神科护士进行调查评定，并以中国成人常模作比较。结果显示：精神科护士心理问题阳性率明显高于常模。精神科护士较多的心理问题与其工作对象、工作风险、工作压力等有关。为减少精神科护士心理问题的发生率，提高精神科护士心理健康水平，稳定护理队伍，提高护理质量。
140 psychiatric nurses was investigated with Symptom Check
list 90(SCL-90).As compared with the general models of Chinese adults,the psychi
atric nurse had a higher score in several factors of SCL-90.The author considers
that the more problems in mental health of psychiatric nurse are referring to t
heir nursing object,risk and stress.For reducing the mental problems and advanci
ng the level of mental health of psychiatric nurse,the author has brought forwar
d a few corresponding countermeasures.
