摘要
目的:了解部队护士心理健康水平及急诊科与普通科护士心理健康的差别。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL—90)对驻京部队六所三甲医院153名护士(急诊科87名,普通科66名)进行了心理健康状况调查。结果:部队护士心理健康优于地方护士,特别是在强迫、人际关系、焦虑等因子尤为显著。部队护士在人际关系紧张度上低于常模,躯体化高于常模。中年组心理健康低于其它年龄组。急诊科与普通科护士心理健康水平无差异。结论:部队护士心理健康处于良好状态。
objective: To understand psychological health level of the Army's nurses and the differences in psychological health betwen the r.erses in emergency department and in general departerment. Method: 153 nurses from 6 Army A3 Hospitals in Beijing were investiqated about their psychological health with the help of Symptom check list-90 (SCL- 90). Rcsulth: The result shows that the psychological health of the Army's nurses is better than those of the civilian nurses, especially on the factors of the forcepersonal relationship and anxiety, etc. The psychological health of the Army's nurses is nearly the same as the common women's and they are taller than common women. but the tense of the personal relationship is lower than common women's, the psychological health of the nurses of the middle -aged group is worse than those of the nurses from other -aged groups. There is no difference of the psychological health between the nurses from the emergence and common departments. Conclusions: The Army's nerses are in a state of good in the psychological health.
