摘要
利用９ 种随机引物研究了青龙本地山羊的随机扩增多态ＤＮＡ，并利用ＳＰＳＳ程序对多态标记进行了方差分析。结果表明，青龙本地山羊基因组ＤＮＡ 多态频率为４８．６５％ 。多态标记Ｋ０９Ｂ。
The random Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD) of Qinglong native goat was studied using 9 arbitrary primers.The SPSS program was also used to analyze the relationship between markers of RAPD and body weight and size.The results showed that the polymorphic frequency of genome of Qinglong native goat was 48.65 per cent.The polymorphic markers,K09B,P14D and Q14D,including their interaction,are obviously related to body weight and size.
