摘要
【目的】从血液生理生化方面研究和田羊品种的特性,探讨和田羊血液生理生化指标与体重体尺性状的关系。【方法】测定7月龄、10月龄和田羊体重体尺及血液生理生化指标,并对其相关性进行分析。【结果】研究表明,和田羊7月龄与10月龄时,体高与体重,体高与胸围呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。性别、年龄对某些血液生理生化指标的影响显著,7月龄、10月龄公羊的红细胞压积(HCT)均显著高于母羊(P<0.05),7月龄与10月龄公羊的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)均高于母羊,但没有达到显著水平(P>0.05);10月龄时,体重与总胆固醇(TC)、体高与谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TC)呈显著正相关(P<0.05),管围与甘油三酯(TG)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。【结论】和田羊体重、体尺及血液生理生化指标之间有一定的相关性,可为和田羊饲养管理及早期选种提供参考。
Objective We research the biochemical characteristic of Hetian sheep based on their blood physiological and chemical indexes,then,explore the correlation between blood physiologi-cal and chemical indexes and body weight,body size.[Method]The body weight,body size and blood physiological and biochemical parameters of Hetian sheep in 7-month-old and 10-month-old were measured,respectively.[Results]The result showed that when Hetian sheep was in 7-month-old and 10-month-old,correlation analysis suggests that there was significant positive cor-relation between some indicators （P〈0. 05）,such as height/body weight,height/chest girth.In-fluences of gender and age on some of the blood physiological and biochemical parameters were significant.Hematocrit （HCT）of rams in 7-month-old and 10-month-old were significantly high-er than that of ewe （P〈0. 05 ）.Alkaline phosphatase （ALP）of rams in 7-month-old and 10-month-old were higher than that of ewe,but this difference was not significant （P〉0. 05 ）.When Hetian sheep was in 10-month-old,there were significantly positive correlation between some indicators （P〈0. 05）,such as body weight/total cholesterol （TC）,height/aspartate amin-otransferase （AST）,height/total cholesterol （TC）;Whereas,there was significant negative cor-relation between some indicators （P〈0. 05 ）,such as cannon bone circumference/triglyceride＆amp;nbsp;（TG）,cannon-bone circumference/alkaline phosphatase （ALP）.[Conclusion]There are some correlations between body weight,body size and blood physiological and biochemical parameters, the results can provide some reference for breeding,feeding and management of Hetian sheep.
