摘要
通过对小香猪生产性能测定， 结果表明， 经产香猪双月断奶头数、窝重、平均个体重分别为７３３±０５８ 头， ５９５３±１２１１ ｋｇ 和８１２±１３６ ｋｇ； ６ 月龄公、母猪体重、体长、胸围分别为２１３３±０５７ ｋｇ、６６６７±１１５ ｃｍ 和６０３３±２０８ ｃｍ ； ３３６７±１５３ ｋｇ、７５００±１００ ｃｍ 和７６００±２６５ ｃｍ ； 育肥期１１３５５ ｄ，平均日增重２１９ ｇ，饲料报酬为７７６；膘厚、皮厚和眼肌面积分别为２６４±０２３ ｃｍ 、０４５±００４ ｃｍ 、１３７±２１３ ｃｍ ２； 肉色评分、大理石纹评分和ｐＨ 值分别为４ 分、３ 分、６４±００６， 肉质性状显著优于长白猪。
Xiang Pig's productive performance was tested and the results showed that its average litter size,average litter weight and average body weight at the time of weaning were 7 33±0 58,59 53±13 11 kg and 8 12±1 36 kg respectively.Both the boars' and gilts' average body weight,body length and chest girth at the age of six monthes were 21 33±0 75 kg,66 67±1 15 cm,60 33±2 08 cm and 33 67±1 53 kg,75 00±1 00 cm and 76 00±2 65 cm respectively.The pig's fattening period,average daily gain and feed conversion rate were 113 55 d,219 g and 7 76,its fat deepth,skin thickness and eye muscle area 2 64±0 32 cm,0 45±0 04 cm and 13 7±2 1 cm 2,its lean percentage and fat percentage 49 4±3 94% and 27 39±2 13%,and its muscle colour score,marbling score and pH 4,3 and 6 4±0 06 respectively,indicating that its meat quality was much better than that of landrace pig.
