摘要
在分析罗尔斯《正义论》中正义观及正义二原则的基础上,对我国农村环境正义存在的问题进行了分析,并提出相应对策,即"加强民主法治建设、改变城乡二元结构。
Based on analyzing the principle of justice and two justice in A Theory of Justive written by Rowls,the problems in rural environmental justice were studied,and some countermeasures were put forward,namely strengthening democracy and changing dual stucture of urban and rural.
