摘要
农村环境问题已成为我国转型期间面临的一个严峻的社会问题。保护农村环境,治理农村污染,不仅要注重技术、法律、制度方面的完善,更需要用社会学的视角从农村社会内部的政治资源、经济利益、传统文化三重维度的变化中去寻找原因与可能的切入点。以义村为个案,通过实证调查考察了当前农村的环境状况,并认识到农村社会结构性因素对农村环境问题所产生的消极影响,并在此基础上讨论农村环境污染治理的可能方向。
The rural environmental problems have become a serious social problem in the transition period of our country. Protecting the rural environment and dealing with the rural pollution involve the improvement of technology,law and system. Besides, the causes and possible breakthrough points need to be found out from the changes of the triple dimensions of political resources, economic interests and cultural traditions within the rural society form the perspective of sociology. Taking the Yi village as a case study through the investigation of the current environmental conditions in the countryside, the paper analyzes negative influences of rural social structural factors on environment and discusses possible directions of rural environment pollution treatments.
