摘要
本文基于农民微观调查数据,利用Logistic模型对西部地区农民参与新型农村社会养老保险的意愿及影响因素进行了系统分析。研究发现:西部地区农民对新型农村社会养老保险有较强的参与意愿。年龄、健康状况、个人年收入、家庭劳动力数、家庭男孩数、家庭女孩数、家庭承包土地数及是否了解新农保等变量对农民参保意愿影响显著;性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、从事职业、家庭人口数等变量对农民参保意愿并无显著影响。与已有对东部地区农民旧农保参与意愿的研究结论相比,西部地区农民参与新农保的意愿有其自身的特征。政府部门应针对当地农民的参保意愿及其影响因素,积极探索并总结行之有效的措施来实现预期的全覆盖目标。
This article bases on the data of investigation, uses the model of logistic to analysis the farmers＇ will of participating in the new rural social old-age insurance. The author finds that in Western areas of China, the farmers＇ will to participate in the new rural social old-age insurance is strong, their will is Significantly affected by their age, health, personal annual income, number of family labors, number of family boys, number of family girls ,number of household contract lands and whether they know about the institution of the new rural social old-age insurance; but other variables such as the farmers＇ gender, marital status, level of education, occupation, household size etc. have little impact on the farmers＇ participation will. The farmers＇ participative will is different from the existing research briefs of old rural social old-age insurance, the government should actively explore and summarize effective measures to achieve the desired goal of full coverage according to local farmers＇ participative will and influencing factors.
