摘要
测定了新狼山鸡和固始鸡的细胞吞噬能力和T细胞介导免疫反应能力，获得以下结果：细胞吞噬能力和T细胞介导免疫反应能力在这两个品种之间以及性别之间均存在显著差异，而且细胞吞噬能力与T细胞介导免疫反应能力之间几乎不存在表型相关。
Phagocytosis and T cell - mediated immunity were measured in new hangshan and Gushi chicken. Significant breedand sex differences in phagocytic aetivity and T cell - mediated response were observed. It was seen that phenotypic correlation be-tween phagocytic activity and T cell - mediated response was close to zero.
