摘要
目的探究脑血管病患者急性期吞咽障碍及其康复治疗效果。方法选择2008年8月～2010年7月笔者所在医院神经内科急性脑卒中住院患者280例,给予神经内科常规治疗和护理,同时采用针刺加简易康复训练法进行为期4周的康复治疗。治疗前和治疗后均进行吞咽障碍评定。结果经4周康复治疗后吞咽障碍得到明显改善,总发生率由32.14%降至10.36%,两者比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论脑血管意外患者急性期吞咽障碍通过早期积极康复治疗,可获得极大改善,本临床实践采用的针刺结合康复训练方法,对于改善恢复吞咽障碍有明显促进作用,且经济有效。
Objective The objective of this thesis is to explore the dysphagia about patients of cerebral vascular disease at acute phase and its rehabilitation treatment effect.Methods We selected 280 cases of cerebral vascular disease patients who receive treatment in our hospital＇s department of neurlogy from Aug 2008 to July 2010.When the patients are in our department,the doctors give them conventional neurological treatment and care.At the same time,the doctors conduct a 4-week rehabilitation,which includes acupuncture and simple rehabilitation training method.The doctors give them assessments on dysphagia before and after the treatment.Results After 4 week＇s treatment,the patients＇ dysphagia is greatly improved.The overall morbidity rate is dropped from 32.14% to 10.36%,and the difference between them has some statistically insignificant（P0.01）.Conclusion After early positive rehabilitation,dysphagia of the patients of cerebrovascular accident（CVA）at acute phase can be actively improved.The clinical practice in this thesis applies acupuncture treatments and rehabilitation training method,which not only has obvious effect on improving dysphagia,but also is economical and efficient.This method is well worth learning and promoting for our medical workers.
