摘要
目的：测定不同产地杜仲皮中桃叶珊瑚苷的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法,采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱（5μm,150 mm×4.6 mm）;流动相：甲醇-水（6∶94）;柱温：15℃;流速：1 mL/min;检测波长：206 nm。结果：桃叶珊瑚苷在0.165 6~3.312μg范围内线性良好。平均加样回收率为99.24%,RSD为1.74%。结论：本法快速、准确,可以用于桃叶珊瑚苷的含量测定。
Objective：To determine the contents of aucubin in Eucommia ulmoides bark from different origin.Methods：The quantitative analysis was carried out with RP-HPLC on a Diamonsil C18 column（5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm） with temperature at 15 ℃,the mobile phase was methanol-water（6：94） at 1 mL /min,and detection wavelength was 206 nm.Results： The linear ranges were 0.1656～3.312μg,The average recovery were 99.24 %,the relative standard deviations（RSD） were 1.74%.Conclusion： The method is proved to be specific and accurate.It can be used to determine the contents of aucubin in Eucommia ulmoides bark from different origin.
