摘要
目的:测定不同产地杜仲皮中桃叶珊瑚苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(5μm,150 mm×4.6 mm);流动相:甲醇-水(6∶94);柱温:15℃;流速:1 mL/min;检测波长:206 nm。结果:桃叶珊瑚苷在0.165 6~3.312μg范围内线性良好。平均加样回收率为99.24%,RSD为1.74%。结论:本法快速、准确,可以用于桃叶珊瑚苷的含量测定。
Objective:To determine the contents of aucubin in Eucommia ulmoides bark from different origin.Methods:The quantitative analysis was carried out with RP-HPLC on a Diamonsil C18 column(5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm) with temperature at 15 ℃,the mobile phase was methanol-water(6:94) at 1 mL /min,and detection wavelength was 206 nm.Results: The linear ranges were 0.1656~3.312μg,The average recovery were 99.24 %,the relative standard deviations(RSD) were 1.74%.Conclusion: The method is proved to be specific and accurate.It can be used to determine the contents of aucubin in Eucommia ulmoides bark from different origin.
