摘要
比较了对节白蜡翅果和去翅种子的吸水速度,用种子的不同部位水提液作了抑制物的生物鉴定,结果表明:果翅能透水,不是对节白蜡种子深休眠的主要原因;果实各部位均含有抑制发芽物,尤以胚乳和种皮中所含的抑制物质的作用最强。
The water absorbing speed between seed with wing and seed without wing was estimated.A bioassay test on inhibitory substance by solutions extracted from different parts of the seed of Fraxinus hupensis was made.The results are summarized as follows:1)fruit wing has osmosis,so it is not the main cause of seed innate dormancy;2)each part of fruit exists inhibitory substance on germination.of which albumen and testa affect germination most strongly.
