摘要
本文着重探讨了以苦丁茶、(大叶冬青)绿茶为原料的茶汁提取配方和工艺。苦丁茶、绿茶冰淇淋不但增加了冰淇淋的色香味风味特征,而且起着食疗同源的保健功能。
This paper focuses on the tea extraction formula and technique involving kudingcha. green tea as raw waterials kudingcha green and tea ice - cream not only increase the flavor of the ice - cream but alse have the functions of health care.
