摘要
从医药供应链的基本概念出发,分析了我国医药供应链的基本组成结构。以过程为视角,将医药供应链过程分解为代理循环、订货循环、生产循环和采购循环,并对每个循环的具体运作过程进行了详细分析。
Based on the fundamental concept of pharmaceutical supply chain,this paper analyzes the basic structure of pharmaceutical supply chain in China.From the process perspective,the pharmaceutical supply chain is decomposed into four cycles,such as surrogating cycle,ordering cycles,manufacturing cycle and sourcing cycle,and operational process of each cycle is analyzed in details.
