由于激烈竞争的市场和复杂多变的外部环境,医院在运行中存在着众多风险。本文通过对医院供应链的介绍,分析了医院供应链的特征及其存在的风险因素,并对处理存在的风险提出了相关建议。
Due to the fierce competition in the market and the complex external environment, there are many risks in the hospital operation. According to the introduction of hospital supply chain, this article analyzes the characteristics of hospital supply chain and its risk factors, and put forward relevant suggestions on the risks.
