摘要
"两型社会"综合配套改革试验区的确定为区域经济社会发展提供了机遇,但同时也对区域企业劳动关系提出新的挑战和要求。通过对长株潭两型社会试验区企业劳动关系的现状调查,总结分析试验区内企业劳动关系的新情况、新问题及原因,提出在两型社会构建背景下企业劳动关系的调整策略。
After the comprehensive reform pilot areas of Energy-efficient and Environment-friendly Society were identified, it brings not only opportunities to the regional economic and social development, but also new challenges on the regional labor relations. Through the survey on the labor relations in Changsha- Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Area, the new issues of labor relations are analysed. Under the background of Energy- efficient and Environment-friendly Society, the strategy for adjustment of labor relations are proposed which will promote harmonious labor relations.
