摘要
目的观察阿奇霉素治疗儿童呼吸道感染的疗效,同时验证国产阿奇霉素与进口合资的药品的质量和疗效。方法本文以希舒美(大连辉瑞制药有限公司生产的阿奇霉素)混悬剂为对照组,用抒罗康(江苏济川制药有限公司生产的阿奇霉素)颗粒作为治疗组,采用随机化实验方法将呼吸道感染患儿分为治疗组128例及对照组122例。结果两组疗效相当,但对照组不良反应较小(治疗组不良反应发生率为9.4%,对照组为4.8%)。结论国产的阿奇霉素颗粒与进口合资的阿奇霉素干混悬剂具有临床等效性且价位低,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of azithromycin treatment to children respiration infection and validating the quality and efficiency of azithromycin produced by two factories.Methods Comparing with two groups,one is used as a standard group,the other is the counterpart（treatment group）.The drugs produced by Dalian Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Limited and Jumpcan Pharmaceutical CO.Ltd respectively.There were 128 cases in the standard group and 124 cases in the treatment group at the random.Results Testifying by clinical practice two groups have the same effective to children respiration infection but the standard group has lower side-effective than the counter group（the ratio of former group is only 4.8%,the later is about 9.4%）.Conclusions Through clinical practice,two drugs produced by different factories（import combined factory and domestic factory）have the same efficiency and the later has lower price and can be used in clinic widely.
