体外冲击波联合钻孔减压治疗股骨头Ⅰ、Ⅱ期坏死 被引量:1

Treatment of femoral head necrosis of ficat-Arlet Ⅰ~Ⅱ with high-energy shock waves and decompression

摘要 目的探讨体外冲击波联合钻孔减压治疗股骨头Ⅰ、Ⅱ期坏死。方法 30例患者男19例,女11例。左侧14例,右侧10例,双侧6例。年龄47~64岁,平均52岁。结果治疗前MRI测股骨头坏死面积Ficat-ArletⅠ期、Ⅱ期病例,分别平均为27.8%、46.8%,总平均为45.1%;治疗后6个月Ficat-Arlet I期、Ⅱ期病例,分别平均为6.7%、16.6%,总平均为17.3%。二者的百分比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外冲击波联合钻孔减压治疗股骨头Ⅰ、Ⅱ坏死效果理想且无明显并发症。 Objective To explore the treatment of the femoral head necrosis of Ficat-ArletⅠ-Ⅱ with the high-energy shock waves and decompression.Methods Totally 30 patients,including 19 males,11 females.14 patients are in the left femoral head necrosis,10 patients are in the right femoral head necrosis,6 patients are with bilateral femoral head necrosis.The patient’s age are from 45 to 64 years old,with an average 52 years-old.Results Before the treatment,MRI measurement of the femoral head necrosis area Ficat-Arlet Ⅰ averaged 27.8%,the femoral head necrosis area Ficat-Arlet Ⅱ averaged 46.8%,the total average is 45.1%;After the treatment,MRI measurement of the femoral head necrosis area Ficat-Arlet Ⅰ averaged 6.7%,the femoral head necrosis area Ficat-Arlet Ⅱ averaged 16.6%,the total average is 17.3%.The difference of them was the statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusions The treatment of the Femoral head necrosis of ficat-ArletⅠ-Ⅱ with the high-energy shock waves and decompression was are satisfactory and no significant complications.
