影响流动注射氢化物发生原子吸收分光光度法测定饲料总砷灵敏度的因素研究

摘要 总砷是评价饲料安全性的一项重要卫生指标,但其含量相对较低,检测干扰因素较多,如体系酸度、硼氢化钾浓度、载气流速,都影响流动注射氢化物发生原子吸收分光光度法测定饲料砷的灵敏度。本文对这3种因素进行实验。结果表明,饲料总砷检测中,低体系酸度的检测灵敏度(1%和5%)明显低于高体系酸度(10%~20%)的灵敏度(P<0.05);但体系酸度为10%、15%、20%时对该方法下仪器检测灵敏度的影响不显著(P>0.05);硼氢化钾浓度过低(0.5%)或过高(3.5%)都会使检测灵敏度下降;而其浓度为1.5%~2.5%时灵敏度高,且有随着硼氢化钾浓度的增加呈递增的趋势;载气流速对灵敏度的影响为:载气流速过低(80mL/min)或过高(170~200mL/min)都使检测灵敏度下降(P<0.05)。 Total arsenic is one of hygienic indexes to estimate the feed security.However,the contents of arsenic in feed is too low,and a lot of interference factors on detection work,such as acidity,consistence of KBH4,flowrate of carrier gas,can affect the determinating sensitivity of hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry method.This experiment was conducted to establish total arsenic determining condition including acidity consistence of KBH4,flowrate of carrier gas in hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry method.The results indicated:in low acidity(1 % and 5 %),the determination sensitivity was obvious lower than that in high acidity(10 % ~ 20 %)(P 0.05),but there was no significant difference among the acidity of 10 %,15 % and 20 %(P 0.05).Meanwhile in low(0.5 %) or in high(3.5 %)contents of KBH4,the determination sensitivity was low(P 0.05),when its contents increased from 1.5 % to 2.0 %,the sensitivity tended to increase,but had no significant difference.The effect of carrier gas flowrate on the sensitivity was:low(80 mL/min)or hight(170 ~ 200 mL/min) carrier gas’flowrate could reduce the sensitivity(P 0.05).
