交通运输与区域经济增长差异——以中国铁路为例的实证分析 被引量:24

摘要 为验证区域铁路建设与经济增长之间的关系,文章分别运用全国及三大区域1995~2006年的相关混合数据对预先设定的计量模型进行回归,研究发现:铁路建设在短期和长期都会对全国的经济增长起到促进作用,但其长期促进作用更加明显一些;铁路建设在短期内就能促进东部地区的经济增长,但其对中、西部地区经济增长的促进作用只能在较长时期内才能体现出来;各区域铁路路网建设的差异是东、中、西部地区经济增长差距不断拉大的重要原因。有鉴于此,打破铁路建设投资的行政垄断体制,实现投资主体的多元化,重点加大对西部地区铁路建设的投资力度,是解决区域经济增长差距过大的一条重要途径。 In order to verify the relationship between regional railway construction and economic growth, relevant panel data from 1995-2006 of the whole country and three regions are applied to carry out regressions of a preset econometric model and some conclusions can be drawn from these empirical tests. First, railway construction promotes the economic growth of China in the short and long terms, but the long-term effect is more obvious. Second, railway construction promotes the economic growth of the Easter China in the short term, but the promotion of this kind for the Middle and the Western China can only be reflected in the long term. Third, difference of railway construction among regions is an important reason for the increasingly wider gaps among the economic growths of the Eastern, the Middle and the Western China. Under such background, breaking the administrative system of railway construction investment to realize the diversification of investors and putting the main emphasis on increasing investment in the railway construction of Western China will be an important way to solve the problem of excessively big gaps among different regional economic growths.
