摘要
建立了模拟高原汽车发动机富氧进气的试验台,在一台6缸四冲程直喷柴油机上供应氧气体积分数从20.9%-24.5%的气体,研究了海拔分别为2 000、3 000、4 000 m时发动机全负荷下富氧进气对发动机动力性和经济性的影响。结果表明,随着进气氧气体积分数的增加,高原汽车发动机的功率增加,燃油消耗率降低,且转速越低,海拔越高,富氧进气改善发动机动力性和经济性的效果越好;富氧进气扩大了高原发动机的经济转速区域。
The test bed for simulating oxygen-enriched intake air of automotive engine at highland was built.The effect of oxygen-enriched intake air on dynamic property and fuel economy of automotive engine at full load were studied at altitudes of 2 000,3 000 and 4 000m respectively with a six-cylinder,four-stroke,DI diesel engine supplied respectively with intake air containing oxygen from 20.9%(oxygen level of ambient air) to 24.5%.The test results indicate that power output increases and fuel consumption decreases with the increase of oxygen concentration in the intake air,and the economical revolution speed range was widened.The lower the revolution and the higher the altitude are,the better the dynamic property and economy of oxygen-enriched intake air engine are.
