摘要
经简单改装的天然气汽车(NGV)存在着动力性能大幅下降、排放性能指标达不到预期目标等问题,虽然可通过实施燃供装置与发动机的优化匹配以及一系列的调整,但其结果也只能使发动机动力性能得到部分恢复、排放性能得到一定程度的改善。针对这一难题,进行了一系列的技术改进实验。结果表明:通过提高压缩比、天然气的直喷和进气增压等结构和技术上的改进,可以大幅提高发动机燃气的功率和扭矩,达到或超过原汽油机的最大功率;同时采用稀薄燃烧和天然气的电控喷射技术则是解决排放问题的有效措施。
Natural gas vehicles (NGV) simply restructured from general vehicles have some defects such as their power performance decreases greatly and the emission index can't meet the expected target etc. Although by optimized match between the fuel supplying device and the engine and a series of adjustments, the power performance of the engine can be partly restored and the emission index is improved in a certain level. Aiming at the problem, a series of experiments are conducted for technical advance. The results show by structural and technical modification such as increasing the compression ratio, direct jet of CNG and feed gas boosting etc., the power and torque of CNG engine can be increased largely, which can reach or exceed the maximum power of the original gasoline engine. Meanwhile, using the techniques of rare burning and electronic control CNG jet is the powerful measures to solve the emission problem.
