基于截面测量数据的大型卷曲复杂曲面的B样条精确建模方法 被引量:3

Accurate B-spline surface modeling method for large wrap-around complex surface based on sectional data points

摘要 针对高性能航空透明件等大型卷曲曲面逆向工程测量的便利性、建模效率与精度的需要,提出了一类大型卷曲复杂曲面的B样条精确建模方法。首先利用高精度激光跟踪仪得到卷曲模型的系列截面数据,采用迭代算法计算出用于数据参数化的点集回转轴线,实现了各截面数据的序化;其次,为保证模型边界的准确性和样条曲面等参数线不发生扭曲,提出了点集的边界延拓方法,形成了双向有序的建模数据。最后,为提高样条曲面的控制点阵列和满足下游加工操作的需要,提出了采用截面扫略技术实现该类大型复杂曲面的单张曲面建模。实例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。 According to the requirements for measuring convenience,modeling efficiency and accuracy in reverse engineering of the large wrap-around surface as high performance aviation transparent parts,an accurate B-spline modeling method for a type of large wrap-around complex surface is proposed in this paper.First,by utilizing high precision laser tracker to collect the series of sectional data points for the wrap-around model,the point set rotational axis line used for data parameterization was calculated by using iterative algorithm.In addition,to ensure the accuracy of the model boundary and prevent the isoparametric curves of the spline from distortion,a boundary extension method of point set was presented,and bidirectional and sequential modeling data was derived.Finally,in order to improve the control point array and meet the requirement for down stream machining,a section sweeping technology was used to realize the single surface modeling for large complex surface.Examples have validated the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method
