摘要
为提高凸轮轴测试的效率与精度,介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器技术,采用位移传感器与角度传感器相结合,并利用步进电动机驱动来实现凸轮轴自动测量的新型测试系统。
In order to improve the precision and efficiency of the measurement of camshaft, a new measurement system based on virtual instrument technology is introduced in this paper. It realizes the auto measurement of camshaft by combining optical grating bias sensor with optical angle sensor, and it is driven by step motor.
