摘要
在阐述了工程量清单计价的基本概念的基础上,着重叙述在工程量清单计价模式下,在工程的投资决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工及竣工决算阶段的工程造价控制方法。
On the basis of discussion of the concept of bill of quantity valuation mode,the paper mainly discussed the project cost control method at investment decision stage,design stage,bidding stage,construction and completion final stage of the project under the bill of quantity valuation mode.
