利用EBSD研究轧间退火对铝镁硅铜合金板材织构的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Annealing Between Rolling on Textures of Al-Mg-Si-Cu Alloy Sheets by EBSD

摘要 应用背散电子衍射技术,通过分析Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金板材轧间不同退火处理后的织构变化,研究了轧间退火对该合金板材织构的影响。结果表明:轧制时的中间退火制度不同,各试样中的织构类型及强度有较大变化。没有进行轧间退火处理的试样中存在较强的偏转G取向、Q取向及残留轧制铜C取向。经350℃×1 h轧间退火处理的试样中存在很强的G取向、Q取向及R/S取向。经510℃×1 h轧间退火处理的试样中存在较弱的偏转G取向、R/S取向。每个试样中都含有{111}面织构,经过轧间退火处理的试样中该织构含量较多。 The effects of annealing between rolling on textures of Al-Mg-Si-Cu based alloy sheets were investigated by electron back scattering diffraction(EBSD).The results show that the type and the intensity of textures changes significantly with different annealing treatment between rolling in samples: some texture components appeare such as relatively strong deflected G orientation,Q orientation and C orientation in the sample without annealing treatment between rolling.Some texture components occur such as very strong G orientation,Q orientation and R/S orientation in the sample annealed at 350 ℃ for 1 h between rolling.Some texture components occur such as weak deflected G orientation and R/S orientation in the sample annealed at 510 ℃ for 1 h between rolling.Every sample contains {111} face texture whose content is more in the samples with annealing between rolling than that in the sample without annealing.
