摘要
以1100-O冷轧工业纯铝板为研究对象,采用力学拉伸试验、冲杯试验及织构分析等手段,跟踪检验了三种不同中间退火处理工艺生产的板料性能,通过调整中间退火工艺降低材料的制耳率,达到成品性能要求。
Properties of 1100-0 commercial pure A1 sheet produced in different processes were tested by means of tensile test, cupping test and textures analysis. Earing rate was reduced by adjusting annealing parameters and accorded with the finished product demand.
