摘要
对苦丁茶叶经水提、醇沉、明胶沉淀后，得干膏，提取率为６．３％．并对其中总黄酮及总生物碱进行了测定，其质量分数分别是３．０４％和１４．９９％．
Dry paste was prepared from Ilex latifolia via water extracting,ethanol precipitating and gelatin precipitating.The extraction rate is 6.3%,and the total contents of flavonoid and alkaloid are 3.04% and 14.99%.
