摘要
目的探讨抗高效氯氰菊酯家蝇对常用杀虫剂的敏感性,为合理使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法采用微量点滴法。结果毒死蜱、残杀威、高效氯氰菊酯、胺菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏对家蝇的抗性系数分别为0.85、8.75、153.79、35.59、679.71、0.09。结论当家蝇对高效氯氰菊酯产生抗性以后,不宜继续使用其他拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂,而应换用或混用有机磷类杀虫剂。
Objective To study the susceptibility of beta cypermethrin-resistant Musca domestica to common used insecticides and supply evidence for using insecticides reasonably.Methods Topical application method.Results The housefly's resistant ratios to clorpyrifos,propoxur,beta cypermethrin,allethrin,cyhalothrin,DDVP folds respectively were 0.85,8.75,153.79,35.59,679.71,0.09 respectively.Conclusion If the housefly yields resisitance to beta cypermethrin,exchanging or mixing used of organophosphate insecticdes may be a better method.
