摘要
基于可拓学理论,建立了山区公路安全评价物元模型。将该模型应用于山区公路的安全评价研究,以克服模糊数学和专家评分等方法对模糊和非定量化指标评价中评价精度的不足,通过关联函数,可以精确的确定待评价的路段关于各个评价等级的关联度,从而能够全面准确的评价路段的安全等级。此外,建立了山区公路安全评价指标体系,通过实际算例说明了该模型及评价指标体系能够有效解决非定量化评价问题。
Based on the extension theory, matter - element model of safety evaluation in highway of mountainous areas is built up to determine exactly the degree of association for properly evaluating the classes of section of a highway by correlation function, which could overcome insufficient accuracy of fuzzy and non quantitative index evaluation by fuzzy mathematics and grading method , in addition, the system of safety evaluation is established. It proves that the model and the system of evaluation could resolve the problem of non quantitative evaluation.
