摘要
牵引传动系统是列车最重要的组成部分,现根据CRH3C型动车组牵引传动系统各个部件的功能特点和逻辑关系,建立了牵引传动系统相关可靠性模型,根据系统部件的复杂程度、重要程度、技术成熟度、环境条件的指标对牵引传动系统各部件进行可靠性分配,并给出了具体的分配方法,结果表明:牵引传动系统可靠性模型正确,分配结果合理,对没有经过完整生命周期的系统采用专家评分分配法可行。
The traction drive is one o{ most importance system of EMU. The traction drive reliability model was built according to the features and logical relationship of CRH3c traction drive system components. Reliability assignation was done based on the complexity, importance, technical level, and environmental conditions of the traction drive system, and the specific allocation method was given at the same time. The results show that the traction drive system reliability model was correct with the results of assignation reasonable, and reliability assignments are credible using the expert-scoring method without the complete lifecycle of the system.
