摘要 本文用刀片立装自滚切车刀和自滚切端铣刀切削试验与工厂使用的数据,证明了滚切刀具在金属切削加工中具有刀具耐用度高、表面质量好和生产率高等优点;给出了自滚切刀具切削用量的计算公式;指出了自滚切刀具使用中的注意事项。另外,应用脆性金属切削加工的理论,论述了自滚切刀具切削铸铁不易产生碎屑的原因及优点。 The experimental results from using self-propelled rotary turning tools and rotary face milling tools are presented in the paper. With the data from the laboratory as Well as Workshops, the advantages of the tools are demonstrated In such aspects as longer tool life,better surface quality and higher productivity.The calculation of the cut- ting regime is form ulated and the special care in application of the tools is emphasized.The reason for the tools to produce less frag- mented chip and the resulted advantages when machining cast iron are discussed based on the principles of cutting brittle metals.
