滚切刀具的切削速度与切屑变形 被引量:2

Cutting Velocity and Chip Deformation of Rotary Cutting Tools

摘要 从理论上阐明了滚切刀具切削时名义切削速度、相对切削速度和实际切削速度的定义与作用;推导了它们之间的相互关系式,并证明了实际切削速度较低的原因;论述了切屑变形中各种现象和理论;根据速度变化和散热条件,分析了刀具的磨损机理,得出了滚切刀具切削时以磨料磨损为主的结论. After defining nominal cutting velocity, relative cutting velocity, and actual cutting velocity when using a rotary cutting tool, the authors have explained their functions and the interrelations on theoretical basis. The authors have also accounted for the lowness of actual cutting velocity, discussed various phenomena of the principles for chip deformations in cutting process as well, and analyzed the mechanism of tool wear according to the changes of velocity and radiant condition. The authors prove that abrasive wear is the major wearing during cutting while using a rotary cutting tool.
