摘要
本文论述了经济运行中经济结构调整的重要性;运用系统科学结构规律建立了产业结构等衡的评价模型EE和相应的动态投资结构优化模型ED;设计了基于计算机支持的人机交互式参数设计算法,并可形成多种方案;根据投资总量规模、产业结构等衡程度、总产值等多维准则综合决策;本文以某省5年规划为例,作了应用分析。
The importance of structure regulation in economic operations is discussed. A model group including the equilibrium evaluating mo- del EE on industrial structures and dynamic optimizing model ED on investment structures is built by using system structure laws. An algorithm of human--machine interaction based on computer support is designed, and many alternatives can be obtained. An optimal alt- ernative is gived with multicriteria, which include size of invest- ment, equilibrium level of industrial structures and tolal product. Finally, taking a province for concrete example, we give an analy- sis.
