摘要
创建了产业劳动力结构模型，并研究了在考虑Ｃｏｂｂ－Ｄｏｕｇｌａｓ函数时的最优控制问题，结果表明，在追求最大经济效益的前提下。
In this paper the industrial labor structure model is created and the optimal control problem using Cobb Douglas function as control objective is studied.The result shows that the transition of labor between industries is closely related to the comparative productivity on the assumption that the maximal economic profit is reached.
