摘要
利用流体动力学计算方法分析了超白玻璃熔窑内玻璃液的三维流动和传热状况,得到了玻璃液在熔窑内的温度场和速度场,在此基础上计算出代表玻璃液熔制质量的滞留时间、熔融指数和澄清指数,对研究玻璃熔窑结构性能、提高玻璃熔制质量以及优化工艺参数都有重要意义。
The present paper simulates the flow and heat transfer of glass melt in ultra-clear glass tank furnace using computational fluid dynamics method. The quality indices indicating the conditions of glass melting and refining processes, such as the residence time, the melting index, the temperature index and the fining index are obtained based on the results of temperature and velocity fields. It would be great helpful to the optimization of glass tank design, glass quality and process control.
