摘要
在合成乳酸丁酯时,用强酸性阳离子交换树脂作为液固相酯化反应的催化剂,732树脂的催化活性优于 D72树脂。使用732树脂催化合成乳酸丁酯和乳酸乙酯,其酯化产率均可达90%以上,不但显示了高的催化活性和稳定性,还可简化工艺操作,是较好的液固相乳酸酯化的催化剂之一。
Cation exchange resin with strong acidity is used as catalyst in liquid-solid phase esterification reaction for the synthesis of butyl lactate,the experimental results show that resin 732 is superior oncata- lyric activity to resin D72.Using resin 732 for the catalytic syuthe- sis of ethyl lactate and butyl lactate,we obtain these conclusion:the esterification yields exceed 90%,the technological process is simpli- fied,the catalytic activity and the stability of resin 732 is high,and resin 732 is one of better catalysts.
