摘要
目的观察消瘀止痛膏贴治疗运动性踝关节急性软组织损伤的疗效及安全性。方法患者107例随机分成3组,治疗组(53例)使用消瘀止痛膏贴,对照Ⅰ组(26例)使用消瘀止痛膏,对照Ⅱ组(28例)使用伤痛一喷灵;记录治疗前后症状及评分,对结果进行统计分析。结果 3组治疗后疼痛、压痛、局部瘀紫、肿胀、关节活动等方面均有显著改善。治疗组瘀紫、肿胀改善方面优于对照Ⅱ组,压痛改善则不及;疼痛、关节活动的改善方面3组疗效相当;治疗组以及对照Ⅰ组在总体症状改善方面优于对照Ⅱ组。3组均未发现明显不良反应。结论消瘀止痛膏贴是治疗运动性踝关节急性软组织损伤的有效且安全的外用药物。
Objective：To observe the effect and the safety of the Xiaoyuzhitong Paste on the acute soft tissue injury after athletic ankle sprains.Methods：107 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups.The treatment group with 53cases was used the Xiaoyuzhitong Paste.The control group Ⅰwith 26 cases was used the Xiaoyuzhitong Plaste.The control groupⅡwith 28 cases was used the Shangtongyipenling Spray.Finally,the effect was analysed from the symptoms and the scores before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,some indices were improved significantly including the pain,the tenderness,the bruise,the swollen and the joint movement.Improvements including the bruise and the swollen in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group Ⅱ.Meanwhile,the total symptoms of the treatment group and the control group Ⅰwere better than that of the control group Ⅱ.There were no statistical differences in ameliorations such as the pain and the joint movement in 3 groups.There were no adverse reactions in these 3 groups.Conclusion：Xiaoyuzhitong Paste is effective and safe in the acute soft tissue injury after athletic ankle sprains.
