摘要
目的对皱皮木瓜(Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet.)Nakai)果实的乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行化学成分研究。方法利用多种色谱方法进行成分分离;根据物理化学性质和波谱学手段对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为齐敦果酸(oleanolic acid,1)、白桦酸(betulinic acid,2)、3-O-乙酰坡模酸(3-O—acetyl pomolic acid,3)、绿原酸乙酯(ethyl chlorogenate,4)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,5)、没食子酸(gallic acid,6)、曲酸(kojic acid,7)。结袷化合物4~7为未瓜屠中首精件离得刊的化舍物.
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of EtOAc soluble fraction of EtOH extract of Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet.)Nakai. Methods Compounds were isolated by many kinds of column chromatographies, and their structures were identified by the physicochemical characters and the spectral analysis. Results Seven compounds were isolated and the structures of these compounds were identified as oleanolic acid ( 1 ), betulinic acid(2), 3- O acetyl pomolic acid (3), ethyl chlorogenate (4), protocatechuic acid (5), gallic acid (6), kojic acid (7), respectively. Conclusion Compounds 4 - 7 are isolated from the Chaenomeles genus for the first time.
