摘要
目的:探索调节性T细胞(regulatoryT cells,Tregs)在慢性荨麻疹(CU)发病中的作用。方法:采用流式细胞术分别检测CU患者和健康人外周血CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+CD25^+T细胞的表达水平。结果:与健康对照组比较,CU患者外周血CD3^+T细胞比例无明显变化,CD4^+T细胞增高(P<0.05),CD4^+CD25^+T细胞表达水平显著增高(P<0.01),CD8^+T细胞数量降低(P<0.05),CD4^+/CD8^+比值明显升高(P<0.05)。自身血清皮肤试验(ASST)阳性组与阴性组的CU患者CD4^+CD25^+Tregs细胞的数量无统计学差异。结论:CU患者外周血存在Treg细胞及其他T淋巴细胞亚群的数量异常和分化失衡,这一异常在CU发病中的作用值得进一步研究。
Objective: To investigate the expression of peripheral regulatory T cells (Tregs) in the chronic urticaria (CU). Methods: Peripheral blood samples were obtained from CU patients and healthy controls in this study. The frequency of CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+ and CD4^+ CD25^+ in peripheral blood samples were detected by flow cytometry. Results: The increased frequency expression of CD4^+ and CD4^+CD25^+ T cells was observed in CU group (n = 23) compared to control subjects (n = 19), the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ increased significantly (P 〈 0.05). The frequency of CD8^+ T cells in patients of CU decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05). No significant difference was detected in the expression levels of CD3^+ T cells. There was no difference between autologous serum skin test(ASST) positive group and negative one in the proportion of Tregs in peripheral blood samples. Conclusion: The results demonstrate that the differentiation unbalance in T lymphocytes subgroups and the abnormal expression of regulatory T cells in peripheral blood may be involved in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria.
