摘要
目的:观察丹红注射液联合骶神经电刺激治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法:选择有完整治疗及随访资料的Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎患者42例,予丹红注射液静脉注射联合电刺激行骶后孔(S1,S3)针刺治疗一周,采用国际前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)指标评价疗效。结果:42例患者治疗总有效率达92.9,%其中治愈13例(31.0%),显效19例(45.2%),有效7例(16.7%),无效3例(7.1%)。结论:丹红注射液联合骶神经电刺激治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎患者疗效显著,无明显不良反应。
Objective：To observe treatment effect of the DanHong injection combined with sacral nerve stimulation on chronic prostatitis.Methods：To choose 42 patients with Ⅲ type chronic prostatitis who had complete treatment and follow-up data,to treat by DanHong intravenous injection combined electrical stimulation of the sacral foramen lines（S1,S3） acupuncture treatment for 1 week,and the use of international prostatitis symptom score（NIH-CPSI） indicators evaluated.Results：In 42 patients the total effective rate was 92.9%,of which 13 cases were cured（31.0%）,19 cases were markedly effective（45.2%）,7 patients were effective（16.7%） and 3 cases were ineffective（7.1%）.Conclusion：There was a significant effect in treatment of Ⅲ type chronic prostatitis by DanHong injection combined with sacral nerve stimulation,which no significant adverse reactions.
