摘要
设计了两种半导体激光器电源，一种用干电池供电，体积小巧；另一种精度较高，电流从 ３０ｍ Ａ 到 ２ Ａ 连续可调，且具有可调的电流限制功能。
Two kinds of diode laser power supply are designed.One is simple and small.Another has high accuracy(0.5%).Its output current can continuously adjust from 30 mA to 2A and it has adjustable current limit function.
