摘要
设计了一种液压系统中的测量控制仪器。该系统采用液晶显示屏和薄膜开关式按键作为人机界面,采用了TI公司的MSP430系列超低功耗单片机MSP430F167作为主控制器,介绍了利用MSP430F167实现液压测控器的硬件设计,比较了与纯模拟器件实现的区别,同时给出了软件的设计构想和方法。功能强大的16位单片机配合一定的智能控制算法使该测控器可实现±0.1mm的控制精度。
Design a instrument of measure and contuol for the system of hydraulics. The system uses LCD and filmy- switch key as the man- machine interface, uses the company of TI's microcontroller of MSP430F167 as the main controller. Mainly introduce design of hardware for the instrument measure and control by MSP430, and compare with pure simnlation difference that device realize, provide the concept of the software at the same time . The instrument of measure and control can reach the precision of control ± 0.1 mm by use microcontroller of 16bit work in the intelligent control arithmetic.
