摘要
流式细胞计是现代细胞学研究的重要工具。利用流动细胞荧光测量技术可以获得细胞数量和 Ｄ Ｎ Ａ 相对含量关系曲线， 探索细胞 Ｄ Ｎ Ａ 含量和人类肿瘤预测之间的关系。
Abstract Flow cytometry is an important tool for the research of modern cytology. Flow cyto fluorescence can be used to obtain the curves of cell numbers vs cellular content, and to explore the relation of cellular DNA content with prognosis in human malignancy.
