摘要
在发电规划和输电规划博弈分析的基础上,提出一个单时段确定性模型,研究发电企业与输电企业决策之间的相互影响。运用古诺(Cournot)模型模拟发电与输电扩展行为,并通过求解混合互补型问题(MCP)寻求均衡。在算例分析中将所提出的模型应用到三母线系统中,验证了该模型的实用性,可将其应用到更普遍的大容量电力系统中。
Based on the game-theoretic analysis of generation and transmission expansion planning,a single-stage deterministic model is proposed in this paper for the research of the strategic interaction between GenCo and TransCo.Cournot model is applied to simulate the expansion of generation and transmission,and the equilibrium is obtained using the approach to the Mixed Complementarity Problem.The application of the proposed model in a three-bus system is taken as analytical example to verify the possibility to apply the model in power system of high capacity in larger scale.
